B EXCLUSIVE BARGAINING AGENT. The Board agrees not to negotiate with any teachers' organization other than the Association for the duration of this Agreement unless the Association is successfully challenged according to the procedure set forth in PA 83-1014. Even if successfully challenged, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of this Agreement. The Board agrees not to negotiate with any teacher individually for the duration of this Agreement on matters covered by this Agreement.
