Courses that meet more than one General Education requirement can only be applied to one area. A course cannot apply more than once unless it carries the required credit. One unit computer courses can be combined to fulfill the Information Technology Competency General Education requirement. Multiple courses may meet a particular General Education Requirement, however only one course is needed to satisfy the requirement. Call Back Time Any employee called back to work after completion of his/her regular assignment shall be compensated for at least two (2) hours of work at the overtime rate, irrespective of the actual time worked.
Callback Time 19849.1 Allows DPA to set rules and standards for callback time based on prevailing practices and the needs of State service.
Minimum Call-Back Time An employee who is called in and required to work outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates unless the call-in is immediately prior to their normal work day, in which case there should be no minimum.
Amount Payable for Timber Current Contract Rates and Required Deposits in effect when the timber is Scaled shall be applied to the Scaled volume to deter- mine the amount Purchaser shall pay.

Cash Option [ ] (a) The Employer may permit a Participant to elect to defer to the Plan, an amount not to exceed % of any Employer paid cash bonus made for such Participant for any year. A Participant must file an election to defer such contribution at least fifteen (15) days prior to the end of the Plan Year. If the Employee fails to make such an election, the entire Employer paid cash bonus to which the Participant would be entitled shall be paid as cash and not to the Plan. Amounts deferred under this section shall be treated for all purposes as Elective Deferrals. Notwithstanding the above, the election to defer must be made before the bonus is made available to the Participant.
Late or Insufficient Payment All invoiced balances under this Agreement that are not paid in full by the due date will be subject to the DSP or Illinois Commerce Commission late payment rules.
Cash Out In the event of a Change in Control, the Committee may, in its discretion and upon at least ten (10) days’ advance notice to the Participant, cancel the Option and pay to the Participant the value of the Option based upon the price per Share of Common Stock received or to be received by other shareholders of the Company in the event. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if at the time of a Change in Control the Exercise Price of the Option equals or exceeds the price paid for a Share of Common Stock in connection with the Change in Control, the Committee may cancel the Option without the payment of consideration therefor.
Amount Payable The Subscriber will provide the funds required to purchase the Purchased Units (the “Purchase Price”) by no later than 10:00 a.m. on each Closing Date (as defined below) by certified cheque payable to the Partnership to be held in trust by the General Partner, and released in order to be applied to the purchase hereof. The Subscriber hereby instructs the General Partner to deal with the Purchase Price on the terms set forth herein.
