Backdoor Service. The Contractor shall make available to residents participating in the Curbside collection program, as an optional service, once per week backdoor collection service. Under the Refuse Cart system, each container placed out for backdoor collection must have the appropriate Refuse disposal sticker attached for collection if it is the second or subsequent container. The Contractor shall bill the resident receiving this service directly.

Backdoor Service. The Contractor shall make available to residents participating in the Curbside collection program, as an optional service, once per week backdoor Yard Waste collection services. Each container placed out for backdoor collection must have the appropriate Yard Waste sticker attached for collection; the only exception is that Residential properties shall be required to place Bundles of Brush at the Curbside and shall not be required to place a pre-paid Yard Waste sticker on Bundles of Brush (see Section 8B(7) for reference). The Contractor shall xxxx the resident receiving this service directly for the additional costs for collection.
Backdoor Service. The Contractor shall make available to residents participating in the Curbside collection of Recyclables, as an optional service, once per week backdoor collection of Recyclables. No sticker shall be required on the recycling bin or Recyclables Cart for collection. The Contractor shall bill the residents receiving this service directly for the additional costs for collection as indicated in Section 14A(8) of the Contract.
Backdoor Service. The Contractor shall provide backdoor service, in addition to the regular services for the combined pick- up of Refuse, Yard Waste and Recyclables, at a fee of $22.00 per month, with said fee being in lieu of the fees set forth Section 14 A(1), but not in lieu of the fees set forth in Section 14A(2), which shall be in addition to said $22.00 per month fee. This fee shall be in effect throughout the term of this Contract.
Backdoor Service. Customers may elect to have their Residential Services collection occur at a location on their property other than curbside. The Contractor may require certain or all customers receiving Backdoor Service to use their own containers rather than Wheeled Carts.
Backdoor Service. All handicapped or disabled customers, who have provided verification to the contractor from a physician as to their inability to carry containers to the curbside, may place containers at their front doorstep to be visible from the street, or at a location as may be determined by the contractor. The contractor shall not be responsible for entering garages or behind enclosed fences. Brush: Tree, shrub, and xxxx trimmings. Bulky waste: Solid waste that is too large, heavy, or bulky to be collected during normal garbage collection, including, but not limited to, brush other than acceptable brush, stoves, refrigerators (with verification that CFC components have been removed by a certified technician), water tanks, hot water heaters, washing machines, other large household appliances, furniture, and materials resulting from minor remodeling; but, excluding construction debris, unbundled brush, dead animals, hazardous waste, or stable matter with weights or volumes greater than those allowed for containers. Nothing that constitutes unacceptable waste shall be considered bulky waste. Bundle: Tree, shrub, and brush trimmings securely tied together forming an easily handled package not exceeding four (4) feet in length and/or fifty (50) pounds in weight. City: The City of Xxxxxx.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.

  • Prior Service The City’s contract with CalPERS provides the prior service benefit as set forth in Government Code section 20055.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCESS The Competitive Supplier agrees to provide, or cause to be provided, certain customer services to Participating Consumers. Such services shall be reasonably accessible to all Participating Consumers, shall be available during normal working hours, shall allow Participating Consumers to transact business they may have with the Competitive Supplier, and shall serve as a communications liaison among the Competitive Supplier, the Town, and the Local Distributor. A toll-free telephone number will be established by Competitive Supplier and be available for Participating Consumers to contact Competitive Supplier during normal business hours (9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday) to resolve concerns, answer questions and transact business with respect to the service received from Competitive Supplier. The Town will post program-related information on the Town’s website which will be available to Participating Consumers for general information, product and service information, and other purposes.

  • Lead Customer Service Agent Baggage Addressed to Customer Service Agents, Central Baggage Performance Agents and Central Baggage Tracing Agents. Selection will be on the basis of basic classification seniority. NOTE: Secondary consideration to be given to Lead Station Attendants, Station Attendants, Cargo Communications Operators, Station Attendants – Part-Time, all Cabin Servicing & Cleaning Attendants (full time and part-time) at the point only.. Selection will be on the basis of the applicant’s seniority in basic classification.

  • Basic Service As defined in M.G.L. c. 164, § 1 and in orders of the Department, as amended or promulgated, as the case may be, from time to time.

  • Packet Switching Capability 4.5.1 The packet switching capability network element is defined as the function of routing or forwarding packets, frames, cells or other data units based on address or other routing information contained in the packets, frames, cells or other data units.

  • Disconnection of Service Customer may discontinue service upon written notification to OFMTC, after which Customer will still be subject to payment of all applicable charges. No initial charges shall be refunded once OFMTC has accepted this contract. OFMTC has the right to discontinue Customer’s service without notice if payment is more than approximately 30 days in arrears, if Customer fails to honor the terms of this agreement, if Customer violates the rules or regulations of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), or if Customer uses the designated service for unlawful or prohibited purposes. If Customer’s service is disconnected for nonpayment of Customer’s xxxx, a reactivation fee may apply if the service is resumed. Customer will be liable for any costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to collection of the amounts owed. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT Based upon network availability, OFMTC High-Speed Internet Service is a “best efforts” service that can provide Downstream speeds ranging from 1 Mbps to 100 Mbps, based upon the package selected by Customer. The actual speeds experienced by customers may vary and depend on several factors, including, but not limited to, customer location, destination on the Internet, traffic on the Internet, interference with a high frequency spectrum on the customer’s telephone line, and other devices that may be attached to the same cable pair. No minimum level of speed is guaranteed.
