The Contractor shall pay any and all royalties required to be paid on copyrighted material, provided that the Institution shall be responsible for all applicable performance licenses (i.e., ASCAP/BMI).

Backline. Purchaser shall provide a baby grand or grand piano for artist performance. The piano needs to be tuned prior to sound check on the day of show. Stage Stage should be a minimum of 20’ wide x 16’ deep x 3’ high. Stage should have adequate stairs on stage left side. Sound Requirements Front of house Mixing Console, minimum 40 functional mono inputs, high pass filter, phase reverse, Phantom power, with 4 bands of parametric eq including Sweepable LF, High Pass Filters, and 12 aux sends. 8 VCA’s and Sub groups Preferred consoles; Digidesign DShow Venue, Profile, Soundcraft, Yamaha (excluding GA series), Xxxxx + Xxxxx. Backline. Xxxx will be bringing synths (and their stands), cymbals and a bass. PURCHASER shall provide the following equipment: DRUM SET Xxxx Xxxx is a Gretsch Drums and DW hardware artist, rentals should be at no cost. 1st Choice: Gretsch USA Custom/Broadkaster/Brooklyn/Renown. 2nd: Choice: Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, Yamaha in that order - 5x14” snare (preferably Brass but Wood is great too). Remo Coated Ambassador head on top - 12” Xxx and 16” Floor Xxx, both with Coated Ambassador heads on top. - 20” kick, Clear Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx batter side and Coated ambassador front side. NO HOLE and no muffling inside. If no 20” is available then 18” is second choice. - DW 9000 or similar bass drum pedal (5000 is fine too), three (3) cymbal stands (at least 1 boom stand), hi hat stand, two (2) snare stands total, drum throne.
