TECHNICAL RIDER Sample Clauses

TECHNICAL RIDER. Purchaser has been provided a copy of Artist’s technical and hospitality rider (Exhibit A) and Purchaser agrees to the conditions set forth therein.

TECHNICAL RIDER. As further consideration the parties agree to the Technical Rider attached to this Agreement and incorporated herein by reference.

TECHNICAL RIDER. Artist’s Technical Rider becomes a part of this Agreement when signed by the parties. If any provisions of the Technical Rider conflict with this Agreement, then the terms of this Agreement will be controlling. Headings Not Controlling. Headings used in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and shall not be used to modify the meaning of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

TECHNICAL RIDER. Sound and/or lighting equipment and/or services shall be set forth in more detail in a Technical Rider signed by both parties and attached and incorporated hereto.

TECHNICAL RIDER. It is hereby understood that the attached Addendum, signed by both parties, are integral parts of this agreement and have legal effects equivalent to those in this agreement.

TECHNICAL RIDER. The Artist’s work entitled “Cockroach Controlled Mobile Robot #3” (“The Artwork”) will be presented at InterAccess Electronic Media Arts Centre as part of “ZOO” (“The Exhibition”).

TECHNICAL RIDER. The technical rider of the BAND is presented in annex 1 and shall form an integral part of this CONTRACT.

The Contractual Partner's Technical Rider is only binding for the Promoter if he has agreed to this in writing, i. e. via e-mail etc.
