ACCOMODATIONS. All missions, including those of the host nation, shall be accommodated under the same conditions. If the conditions are in accordance with the CISM norms and standards, the missions are expected to accept the accommodation provided by the organizing nation.
ACCOMODATIONS. (a) Hotels – Keyrow Tours will select the hotel(s) for the tour. Prior to the departure, Keyrow Tours will provide the Client with the hotel information, including the name, location, and telephone number of the hotel. In advance of the tour, the Client will inform Keyrow Tours whether he or she prefers a shared room or a single room. If the client prefers to share a room with another tour member, Keyrow Tours will use its best efforts to make a compatible shared room assignment for the Client. The Client shall inform Keyrow Tours if the Client has any special needs, including a smoking or non-smoking room. If the Client expresses no preference within a reasonable time before the tour, Keyrow Tours will assign the Client to either a shared or a single room at Keyrow Tours’ discretion. If a single room is assigned to the Client for any reason, including, but not limited to, a roommate’s cancellation and incompatibility (even during the tour), the Client will be responsible for the cost of the single room.
(b) Travel – Keyrow Tours will select and make air and ground transportation arrangements for the Client. Upon request from the Client, Keyrow Tours will provide the Client with detailed information about the travel arrangements.
ACCOMODATIONS. PURCHASER shall supply 5 king Single- rooms in a minimum 3 stars or better hotel for a minimum of two (2) nights. Hotel must have a restaurant on premise and room service available. NOTE: The ARTIST or Band Members should NOT be asked to provide personal credit cards for amenities or incidentals when checking in.

ACCOMODATIONS. After selecting their pickup and dropoff locations, riders will be prompted for confirmation, and then asked how many passengers will be riding. When riders are indicating how many passengers are requesting the ride, they will be able to select any accommodations they might need. This menu is customizable for the client, and they can choose which accommodations to include on this screen. Passengers can select if they need bicycle or wheelchair related accommodations. Number of passengers and types of accommodations are customizable for the client. ETAs Following confirmation of their ride request, riders are given an estimated time of arrival for their vehicle, and are then able to see their vehicle moving in real-time on the map, as well as the license plate of their driver. Users will be notified when their ride has arrived. Before the ride arrives, users can cancel the ride at any time. Real-Time Tracking Once onboard, riders will be able to track the vehicles progress in real-time and see the ETA for arrival at their destination. Recurring Rides Passengers can set future one-time or recurring rides by inputting the future date(s) and time(s) they need the rides. The service hours will be displayed in the screen so the rider is aware of when the service begins and ends. After the rides are accepted the rider can view their future rides in the Scheduled Rides tab and edit or delete them as needed. Fares Users are able to view fare information for each of the offered services. VRT can customize this information as needed to reflect any changes for the various services. ACCOMODATIONS. Purchaser shall provide Artist with:
a. Reasonable amounts of water and/or soft drinks during the Engagement, (Unless Open Bar is provided)
b. Free meals on the date of the Engagement, and
c. Alcoholic Beverages on the date of Engagement per performance (only on breaks and within 1 hour of start time and not allowed to drink while performing on stage).
ACCOMODATIONS. Purchaser is to provide 3 rooms with 2 queen size beds each, non-smoking - from the time of BPM KREW’s entourage’s arrival until their departure if performance is more than 200km from Toronto Canada. Hotels should be of a recognized national chain quality and should be within walking distance of restaurants that serve meals throughout the day and late-night. Purchaser will need to provide BPM KREW’s Tour Manager with the hotel name, address, phone and fax numbers and confirmation number for each room. BPM KREW’s Tour Manager must approve hotels and Purchaser is required to confirm payment by credit card no less than 14 days prior to concert date. Incidentals [such as long distance telephone calls, movies, room service, etc.] of BPM KREW and their entourage. HOSPITALITY - DRESSING ROOM One hot meal for all members of BPM KREW and their entourage must be provided 3 hours before performance. Meals should consist of a main course, a salad, as well as beverages including juices, water, milk, hot tea, coffe, and soft drinks. Vegetarian options must always be provided as a main course alternative and should be rich in protein. For the performance, purchaser must furnish the dressing room with the following: 1 full-length mirror (enough to see full body)
ACCOMODATIONS. The PROMOTER agrees provide at their own expense clean accommodations for FIVE (5) the night of the performance. Each person must have their own bed or sleeping space. If the venue cannot provide accommodations, the venue must pay a buyout to be negotiated before the signing of the contract.
ACCOMODATIONS. Unless specified, SPEAKER will be traveling with one Armor Bearer. We ask that you provide us with the accommodations at the hotel if needed and that CHURCH/SPONSOR have made prior financial arrangements for the payments of separate rooms prior to our arrival.
