Acreage 7. Existing Use of Property:
Project Area The Project Area is the incorporated area of the City of San Xxxx.
Area of Concern Cracks in walkways and/or patios within property boundaries and/or driveway. Standard: Cracks that do not exceed an average of ½ inch in width and vertical displacement that does not exceed an average of ½ inch are to be expected. Developer or Initial Purchaser must immediately seal all cracks appearing with a waterproof substance.
Work Area The specific work area and/or crew an employee reports to on a daily schedule. Work areas are generally smaller divisions of a larger Bid Area.
WORK INCLUDED a. This contract shall cover all plumbing systems for the tenant improvement design. Utilities shall be connected to and extended from points-of-connection from the original building shell.
