Bargaining Committee Structure. In connection with contract negotiations, unless otherwise agreed, each bargaining committee will not exceed five (5) persons, plus the Union Chapter President. Employee members of Union's bargaining committee will be allowed to absent themselves from duties for reasonable periods of time, without loss of pay, for the purpose of participating in contract negotiations.
