Common use of Bargaining Recognition Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Recognition. The Company recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agency for its employees as defined in Article 1.02 hereof, for the purpose of establishing rates of pay, hours of work and other conditions of employment.
