Bargaining Agency Recognition. 1.00 The Company recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent of the employees covered by this Agreement. This Agreement shall cover and be binding on all employees of the Employer as described in the certification as issued on September 20th, 2001. Properly accredited officers and committees of the Union shall be recognized by the Company in discussing any and all matters affecting the relationship between the Company and the employees who are members of the Union and are affected by this Agreement.

This section shall not apply to disciplinary grievances or application of competitive clauses under this Agreement.

  • Bargaining Agent The Employer recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 374, as the exclusive bargaining agent for those bargaining unit employees covered by this Agreement.
