Common use of Bargaining Unit Chair Time Off Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Unit Chair Time Off. The appropriate bargaining unit chair or vice chair, not both, shall suffer no loss in his/her regular compensation for attendance at scheduled bargaining unit negotiations with management during the term of this Contract.
