Bargaining Unit Duties. Subject to PERA Section 15(3)(f) (third-party contraction)The duties of any Union member or the responsibility of any position in the bargaining unit shall not be altered, increased, or transferred to persons not covered by this Agreement without the Association’s full knowledge.
