BASE QUOTE. Contractor shall consider the Base Quote to include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following key items: 1.2.1 Coordination and processing shop drawings & product data for the pump base elbows and any other materials required for the Work and submittal to Design Engineer for review. Contractor shall complete acquisition of elbows and materials immediately after approved by Design Engineer. 1.2.2 Mobilization of all materials, equipment and personnel to Site, including temporary potable water and sanitary facilities. A field office for the Owner or Design Engineer is not required. 1.2.3 Bypass pumping for the duration of the work in the wet well to divert all wastewater flow from upstream of Xxxxx Creek Lift Station and into the existing bypass connection on the 18-inch diameter force main discharging to the Owner’s wastewater treatment facility. Bypass pumping requirements are provided below in Article 3.1. 1.2.4 Dewatering followed by wet steam pressure washing of wet well so that all interior surfaces of the concrete and other components are completely exposed for inspection. Contractor will provide all labor and equipment for dewatering, cleaning, debris removal and hauling/disposing of waste. Owner will allow disposal of waste at the Owner’s wastewater treatment facility located at 10210 Xxxxx Road, Fishers. 1.2.5 Confined space entry and associated safety protocols and equipment for all Contractor personnel required to enter confined spaces to complete the Work. 1.2.6 Providing confined space access and safety equipment for at least one representative each from the Design Engineer and Owner for wet well inspection following cleaning. 1.2.7 Removing existing pumps and wet steam pressure washing of exterior. Contractor shall store on-site in a manner acceptable to Owner and provide protection for the pumps from the elements. Contractor shall assist Owner and/or pump manufacturer’s representative to allow for inspection and servicing of pumps if needed. 1.2.8 Removing all three existing pump base elbows. 1.2.9 Installing new pump base elbows, including any required gaskets or adjustments to the discharge piping. 1.2.10 Reinstalling each pump and testing for leakage at the mating flange by confined space entry and close observation. Test water shall be clean water provided by the contractor. 1.2.11 Removal of bypass pumping and complete demobilization from the site. 1.2.12 Owner reserves the right to retain any of the pump base elbows and other eq...

  • Rate Quotes Not later than five Business Days after the Company shall have given Prudential a Request for Purchase pursuant to paragraph 2B(3), Prudential may, but shall be under no obligation to, provide to the Company by telephone or telecopier, in each case between 9:30 A.M. and 1:30 P.M. New York City local time (or such later time as Prudential may elect) interest rate quotes for the several principal amounts, maturities, principal prepayment schedules, and interest payment periods of Shelf Notes specified in such Request for Purchase. Each quote shall represent the interest rate per annum payable on the outstanding principal balance of such Shelf Notes at which Prudential or a Prudential Affiliate would be willing to purchase such Shelf Notes at 100% of the principal amount thereof.

  • Competitive Bid Quote Request When the Borrower wishes to request offers to make Competitive Bid Loans under this Section 2.16, it shall transmit to the Administrative Agent by telecopy a Competitive Bid Quote Request substantially in the form of Exhibit C-1 hereto so as to be received no later than (i) 10:00 a.m. (Chicago time) at least five Business Days prior to the Borrowing Date proposed therein, in the case of a request for a Competitive LIBOR Margin or (ii) 9:00 a.m. (Chicago time) at least one Business Day prior to the Borrowing Date proposed therein, in the case of a request for an Absolute Rate specifying: (i) the proposed Borrowing Date for the proposed Competitive Bid Loan, (ii) the requested aggregate principal amount of such Competitive Bid Loan, (iii) whether the Competitive Bid Quotes requested are to set forth a Competitive LIBOR Margin or an Absolute Rate, or both, and (iv) the LIBOR Interest Period, if a Competitive LIBOR Margin is requested, or the Absolute Interest Period, if an Absolute Rate is requested. The Borrower may request offers to make Competitive Bid Loans for more than one Interest Period (but not more than five Interest Periods) in a single Competitive Bid Quote Request. No Competitive Bid Quote Request shall be given within five Business Days (or such other number of days as the Borrower and the Administrative Agent may agree) of any other Competitive Bid Quote Request. A Competitive Bid Quote Request that does not conform substantially to the form of Exhibit C-1 hereto shall be rejected, and the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the Borrower of such rejection by telecopy.

  • Request for Quotes 9.1 Customers needing information technology staff augmentation services will create a Request for Quote eQuote event in MFMP Sourcing, each time they desire to solicit information technology staff augmentation services. The Customer shall issue a detailed RFQ that includes a term, service levels, educational qualifications and experience needed. 9.2 The Customer shall select at least one (1) awarded Contractor for the RFQ event. MFMP Sourcing will automatically add an additional twenty-five (25) randomly selected awarded Contractors to the RFQ event. All twenty-six (26) awarded Contractors sent the RFQ will receive a notification of the RFQ and may respond. Customers may view the RFQ Contractor List on the event’s “Overview” tab. 9.3 Pursuant to section 287.056(2), F.S., RFQs performed within the scope of this Contract are not independent competitive solicitations and are not subject to the notice or challenge provisions of section 120.57(3), F.S. 9.4 All Customers who utilize MFMP must use the MFMP Sourcing application for creating RFQ’s on this contract. Customers who do not utilize MFMP will create a RFQ document each time they desire to solicit information technology staff augmentation services and shall send the RFQ document electronically via email to at least (25) awarded or prequalified Contractors.

  • Quote the quote or proposal document issued by Xxxxxxx to the Purchaser for the Goods, Services, or Digital Services.

  • Rate Quotations The Borrower may call the Administrative Agent on or before the date on which a Loan Request is to be delivered to receive an indication of the rates then in effect, but it is acknowledged that such projection shall not be binding on the Administrative Agent or the Lenders nor affect the rate of interest which thereafter is actually in effect when the election is made.
