Retained Equipment definition

Retained Equipment means any Equipment of Parent or any other member of the Parent Group that is dedicated primarily to the Retained Business.
Retained Equipment means the twelve (12) ERYCAPS machines located at the Princeton Facility, for which Seller will, or will cause any other Person to, on and after the date immediately following the Closing, provide Purchaser a right to use, operate and, to the extent appropriate, maintain in accordance with the terms of the CSA Term Sheet or the Commercial Supply Agreement, as applicable.

Examples of Retained Equipment in a sentence

  • Within thirty (30) days from the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, LESSEE shall remove the Retained Equipment from the Premises at no cost to LESSOR.

  • Any damage to the Premises caused by the removal of the Retained Equipment shall be restored by LESSEE to the condition that existed prior to such removal.

More Definitions of Retained Equipment

Retained Equipment means the Equipment as defined in Section 8.1.2;
Retained Equipment means the furniture, equipment, motor vehicles, inventory and spare parts relating to and appurtenant to the facilities leased pursuant to the Retained Office Leases (but excluding any artwork, whether such artwork is at any time located at a Retained Office Lease or otherwise).
Retained Equipment means any Asset retained by Seller pursuant to Section 1.02(a) of this Agreement.
