Retained Equipment definition

Retained Equipment means any Equipment of Parent or any other member of the Parent Group that is dedicated primarily to the Retained Business.

Examples of Retained Equipment in a sentence

  • Within thirty (30) days from the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, LESSEE shall remove the Retained Equipment from the Premises at no cost to LESSOR.

  • Any damage to the Premises caused by the removal of the Retained Equipment shall be restored by LESSEE to the condition that existed prior to such removal.

  • Each of the Transferred Equipment and the Retained Equipment (i) is in good operating condition and repair, ordinary wear and tear excepted, (ii) is usable, suitable and adequate for the purpose(s) for which such Transferred Equipment and the Retained Equipment is currently used, and (iii) has been inspected, operated and maintained by the Divesting Entities in all respects in accordance with industry standards for companies in the United States similarly situated to Seller and its Affiliates.
