Base Work. The Contractor shall provide all labor, and supervision to perform all the work required and described by the attached proposal for providing consultation services for a Progressive Design- Build project for the Lutak Dock.

Base Work. In addition to the Landlord Work, Landlord shall perform the following improvements to the Fourth Floor Premises, at Landlord’s sole cost and expense, as more particularly described on Exhibit B-1 attached hereto: (i) the HVAC work in the Fourth Floor Premises; (ii) demand control ventilation, AHU, VFD and controls upgrade, (iii) DDC controls for terminal units ; (iv) repair or replace, as needed, window blinds; and (v) a unisex ADAcompliant restroom for Tenant’s use within, and as part of, the Premises. In addition to the above, should the existing fourth floor water fountain not meet code at the time of the Fourth Floor Effective Date, Landlord will install, at its sole cost, one code compliant water fountain.
Base Work. The Buyer shall entrust some competent engineering contractors to complete the base construction. The Seller will take charge of the technical supervision and inspection.
Base Work. The Supplier shall carry out the required base work in accordance with the specifications in Schedule B. The base work will be subject to the same conditions and requirements indicated in Section 8 “Installation” hereof. The scope of services listed above at Section 1 is based upon FieldTurf’s typical dynamic base drainage system and storm water calculations. However, the said services and associated pricing are subject to change in the event of: (i) design and/or construction requirements of the local permitting authorities which dictate a change in design and/or construction and/or (ii) existing site conditions which are concealed, unknown and/or differ from readily available published data for the region.

  • Additional Work If changes in the work seem merited by Consultant or the City, and informal consultations with the other party indicate that a change is warranted, it shall be processed in the following manner: a letter outlining the changes shall be forwarded to the City by Consultant with a statement of estimated changes in fee or time schedule. An amendment to this Agreement shall be prepared by the City and executed by both Parties before performance of such services, or the City will not be required to pay for the changes in the scope of work. Such amendment shall not render ineffective or invalidate unaffected portions of this Agreement.

  • Outside Work All work necessary to the assembling, installation, erection, operation, maintenance, repair, control, in- spection and supervision of all electrical apparatus, devices, wires, cables, supports, insulators, conduc- tors, ducts and raceways when part of distributing systems outside of buildings, railroads and outside the directly related railroad property and yards. In- stalling and maintaining the catenary and trolley work on railroad property, and bonding of rails. All underground ducts and cables when they are in- stalled by and are part of the system of a distrib- uting company, except in power stations during new construction, including ducts and cables to adjacent switch racks or substations. All outdoor substations and electrical connections up to and including the setting of transformers and the connecting of the secondary buses thereto. Outside work to include renewable electrical energy sources such as solar photovoltaic, geothermal, wind, biomass, wave, etc., and other distributed en- ergy installations such as fuel cells, microturbines, etc.

  • Commencement of Work Engineer shall not commence any field work under this Contract until he/she/it has obtained all required insurance and such insurance has been approved by County. As further set out below, Engineer shall not allow any subcontractor/subconsultant(s) to commence work to be performed in connection with this Contract until all required insurance has been obtained and approved and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Approval of the insurance by County shall not relieve or decrease the liability of Engineer hereunder.

  • Statement of Work The Statement of Work to which Grantee is bound is incorporated into and made a part of this Grant Agreement for all purposes and included as Attachment A.

  • THE WORK The Work comprises the completed construction required by the Contract Documents and includes all labor necessary to produce such construction, and all materials and equipment incorporated or to be incorporated in such construction.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Project Work PURCHASER shall complete the following projects in accordance with the specifications provided in Exhibits B, C, D, E, and F and written instructions from STATE. Project locations are shown on Exhibit A unless otherwise described. PURCHASER shall furnish all material unless otherwise specified.
