Project Eligibility. The Program provides incentives and access to financing to promote the installation of eligible energy efficiency measures designed to increase the energy efficiency of existing buildings; the Program does not offer financial incentives for projects that include stand-alone additions, extensive gut rehabilitation (i.e. demolition to bare walls), or for energy related improvements that are required by state or local building code.

Project Eligibility. Planning and design projects refer to the development or enhancement of formal active transportation strategic planning documents or stakeholder engagement. This could entail the development of an Active Transportation Strategy, that could support the National Active Transportation Strategy, or the development of an active transportation component which can be added to other planning documents, such as Official Community Plans, Sustainability Plans, and Transportation Plans. Eligible projects include: • Research, including case studies, data collection initiatives, mapping of walkability and bikeability, community audits/assessments; • Public and/or stakeholder engagement and outreach, education programs; • Policy development, including drafting objectives/actions for inclusion in community land use and/or transportation plans; • Feasibility studies, business cases, and detailed costing estimates relating to the design of a project or program; and • Projects which support the implementation of Canada’s national active transportation strategy, such as events raising awareness and encouraging adoption of active transportation.
Project Eligibility. The utility is required to screen all CPs using the following eligibility requirements prior to submitting the CPP to BPA. These requirements are listed in the CPP template available in the PTR. Deemed savings or deemed reimbursements are not available for the measures (see section 1.4.1 a); The proposed measures have not been purchased or installed; The project does not result in fuel switching; The measures are designed to result in improvements in the energy efficiency of electricity distribution or use; The expected life of the energy savings for each measure is greater than one year; The proposed baseline for each measure is documented and provides a basis for establishing energy savings; The proposal includes an M&V plan showing how energy savings will be verified; The expected project simple payback (Project Cost/Annual Energy Cost Savings) is one year or greater; and The expected project benefit/cost ratio (Present Value Total Energy Cost Savings/Present Value Project Cost) is 1.0 or greater, based on data provided by the utility (the CPP template will calculate the project benefit/cost ratio).
Project Eligibility. All projects must involve a PI who is a faculty member, employed and paid, by UConn Health or UConn. All projects must show proof of research use by providing the appropriate IRB documentation (see Figure 1): • a UConn/UCHC approval letter or exempt determination letter, or • a letter from the UConn/UCHC IRB agreeing to rely on another IRB for oversight, or • a Human Subjects Research Determination form signed by the UConn/UCHC Human Subjects Protections Office indicating that the project is “NOT human subjects research,” or • confirmation from the UConn/UCHC IRB that IRB review is not required The approved IRB documentation must be provided to the REDCap administrator along with the online Move to Production request form. The PI information listed on the request form must match the approved IRB documentation. See Section 4 for additional PI responsibilities. If collecting Personal Identifiable Information (PII) or Protected Health Information (PHI), all members of the research project team, including PIs, should complete the CITI Basic Course Requirement before utilizing REDCap.
