Basic Architecture. In the basic architecture, ComSouth’s originating Local Traffic, ISP-Bound Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic and originating and terminating Transit Traffic is transported on a single two-way trunk group between ComSouth and BellSouth Access Tandem(s) within a LATA to provide Intratandem Access. This trunk group carries Transit Traffic between ComSouth and ICOs, IXCs, other CLECs, CMRS providers that have a Meet Point Billing arrangement with BellSouth, and other network providers with which ComSouth desires to exchange traffic. This trunk group also carries ComSouth originated Transit Traffic transiting a single BellSouth Access Tandem destined to third party tandems such as an ICO tandem or other CLEC tandem. BellSouth originated Local Traffic, ISP-Bound Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic is transported on a separate single one-way trunk group terminating to ComSouth. The LERG contains current routing and tandem serving arrangements. The basic Architecture is illustrated in Exhibit B.

Measurements in this category assess the availability to the CLECs of systems and personnel at GTE work centers.

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof.   • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.
