Common use of Basic Medical Insurance Clause in Contracts

Basic Medical Insurance. All regular employees whether full or part-time may choose to be covered by BC Medical Plan or its equivalent. The Employer agrees to pay one hundred percent of the premium costs, at a dependent rate if required.
