Basic One Plus Service. CCC's Basic One Plus Service (non-operator assisted, direct dial) is intended for residential and small business Customers. Customers access CCC via Equal Access FGD circuits and/or other Switched Access Services. Customers access CCC’s Basic One Plus Service by dialing 1 + (Country Code) + (City Code [where required]) + (Destination Number) if they have selected CCC as their primary interex change carrier. When CCC is not the presubscribed interexchange carrier, Customers can access this service by dialing 101XXXX + 1 + (Country Code) + (City Code [where required]) + (Destination Number). Calls are routed over the Company's transmission and switching facilities to any valid NPA-NXX. Rates and charges associated with CCC’s Basic One Plus Service to all international points served by CCC are set forth in Section 6.15.
