Equal access to the courts is fundamental to the legitimacy of our system of justice and the trust and confidence of Pennsylvanians in our courts.
Equal access to programs, services and employment is available to all persons.
Legal Aid SA intends to achieve the two outcomes listed below:Outcome 1: Equal access to justice for all, focusing on indigent and vulnerable persons, thus contributing to building a just society.Outcome 2: Respected, high performing and sustainable organisation providing accessible, quality legal services that impact positively on society, the economy and the environment.
Equal access is defined as access to coaches and/or student-athletes at the exact same time and at the exact same place.
Equal access shall not override curriculum determinations or qualifications of faculty to teach the courses offered.
