Basic Undertaking. The Trauma Center shall perform the services set forth in this Agreement. The Commission agrees to compensate the Contractor in exchange for these services as set forth in this Agreement. The Contractor will have daily operations reporting and a strategic planning and implementation reporting relationship with the Executive Staff of the Commission.

Basic Undertaking. The Centre hereby places under the auspices of FAO, as part of the international network of ex situ collections provided for in Article 7 of the International Undertaking on Plant Genetic Resources, the collections of plant genetic resources listed in the Appendix hereto (hereinafter referred to as the “designated germplasm”), as catalogued and published by the Centre in print or machine-readable form, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The list of designated germplasm will be updated every two years as new accessions are added to the collection.

The Government of India hereby places under the auspices of FAO, as part of the International Network of Ex Situ Collections provided for in Article 7 of the International Undertaking on Plant Genetic Resources, the accessions of coconut genetic resources listed in the Appendix hereto (hereinafter referred to as the "designated germplasm"), in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The List of designated germplasm will be updated every two years as new accessions are added to the collection.
Basic Undertaking. Article 1 The States undertake, pursuant to Article III (1) of the Treaty, to accept safeguards, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, on all source or special fissionable material in all peaceful nuclear activities within their territories, under their jurisdiction or carried out under their control anywhere, for the exclusive purpose of verifying that such material is not diverted to nuclear weapons or other nuclear explosive devices.
