Basin Modification TM. A TM will be prepared that describes the specific results of the characterization performed for fringe areas that are the subject of the basin modification request. This TM will borrow heavily from the TM prepared in Task 3. For cost estimating purposes, we have assumed that we will combine the characterization results for the South Bluffs and Nipomo Valley fringe areas into one draft and final TM to support the basin modification request. Additional budget will be required if additional fringe areas are included. The draft TM will be presented first to District personnel for review and then a revised draft will be presented to local stakeholders and agencies for review. After comments are received, the TM will be revised and a final TM will be prepared. Public meetings and presentations associated with the Basin Modification TM are discussed in Task 5. The RFP lists a number of additional tasks that are associated with the basin boundary modification process. Details that will be included in each task will depend on the type of boundary request that is being sought (scientific or jurisdictional, external or internal). As was the case for the last round of basin boundary modifications, DWR will require that the information be submitted via a web-based tool. In general, DWR will require submittal of the following: • Description of proposed basin modification • General information • Hydrogeologic conceptual model (HCM) • Technical information for scientific modifications • Technical information for jurisdictional modifications GSI will assist the District with preparing the required technical information, TMs, HCMs, and supporting maps and graphics.

  • INTEGRATION/MODIFICATION This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the Company and the Executive regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior negotiations and agreements, whether oral or written, between them with respect to its subject matter.   • Budget Modifications The total Approved Budget and the assignment of costs may be adjusted based on implementation of the Scope of Work, spending patterns, and unexpended funds, but only by an amendment to the Approved Budget. In no event shall an amendment to the Approved Budget result in payments in excess of the aggregate amount specified in Section 2.01 “Award of Monies” or in approved supplemental funding for the Project, if any. The RECIPIENT may make transfers between or among lines within budget categories without prior written approval provided that:

  • Amendment; Modification No supplement, modification, or amendment of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing and signed by both Parties.

  • Cost Modifications The parties may agree to a reduction in the cost of the Contract at any time during which the Contract is in effect.   • Merger & Modification This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. No understandings, agreements, or representations, oral or written, not specified within this Contract will be valid provisions of this Contract. This Contract may not be modified, supplemented, or amended, except by written agreement signed by all necessary parties.

  • PJM Agreement Modifications (a) If the PJM Agreements are amended or modified so that any schedule or section references herein to such agreements is changed, such schedule or section references herein shall be deemed to automatically (and without any further action by the Parties) refer to the new or successive schedule or section in the PJM Agreements which replaces that originally referred to in this Agreement.
