Basis of Estimate (BOE). For proposals that exceed $150,000 please provide written BOE for the labor estimating rationale and methodology, and labor category and hours proposed. In addition, provide direct labor classification statement to include minimum qualifications (education, training, experience, etc.) for each category of labor proposed. Do not reflect any dollar amounts or labor rates in the BOE. The direct labor hours proposed in the BOE shall align with hour’s bid described above.

Basis of Estimate (BOE). Explain the BOE by providing supporting rationale for all labor resources (FTEs and skill mix) and non-labor resources proposed and impacts of proposed innovations and efficiencies to support the IDIQ Sample Task Orders. Include a discussion regarding how the proposed FTEs were estimated. Also, include a discussion associated with any assumptions made regarding the requirements that led to the proposed resources such as: "we assume that a verification plan for the task order deliverables already exist and all we are responsible for is the maintenance of the plan." Include sufficient narrative discussion to convince the Government that the proposed resources are realistic for the proposed technical and management approach. For the IDIQ Sample Task Orders, include with your narrative discussion a schedule and critical path for the proposed effort.

  • Cost Estimate The cost estimate shall set out the estimated costs for the proposed Change Order in such a way that a fair evaluation can be made. It shall include a breakdown for labor, materials, equipment and markups for overhead and profit, unless TxDOT agrees otherwise. If the work is to be performed by Subcontractors and if the work is sufficiently defined to obtain Subcontractor quotes, DB Contractor shall obtain quotes (with breakdowns showing cost of labor, materials, equipment and markups for overhead and profit) on the Subcontractor’s stationery and shall include such quotes as back-up for DB Contractor’s estimate. No markup shall be allowed in excess of the amounts allowed under Section 10.6. DB Contractor shall identify all conditions with respect to prices or other aspects of the cost estimate, such as pricing contingent on firm orders being made by a certain date or the occurrence or non-occurrence of an event.

  • Estimates and Reconciliation of Estimates Where estimated expenditures are used to determine the amount of the drawdown, the State will indicate in the terms of the State unique funding technique how the estimated amount is determined and when and how the State will reconcile the difference between the estimate and the State's actual expenditures.

  • Cost Estimating The Model may be used to develop cost estimates based on the approximate data provided and conceptual estimating techniques (e.g., volume and quantity of elements or type of system selected).

  • ESTIMATED / SPECIFIC QUANTITY CONTRACTS Estimated quantity contracts, also referred to as indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contracts, are expressly agreed and understood to be made for only the quantities, if any, actually ordered during the Contract term. No guarantee of any quantity is implied or given. With respect to any specific quantity stated in the contract, the Commissioner reserves the right after award to order up to 20% more or less (rounded to the next highest whole number) than the specific quantities called for in the Contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Commissioner may purchase greater or lesser percentages of Contract quantities should the Commissioner and Contractor so agree. Such agreement may include an equitable price adjustment.

  • Estimates User shall pay to Tenant, in advance on a monthly basis, an amount equal to the estimated Rent for each year of the Use Period or part thereof divided by the number of months therein. Attached as Exhibit B is an budget for the Project prepared by Tenant and approved by User, which reflects a good faith estimate of Rent. Based on Exhibit B, the parties have agreed that User will pay to Tenant the monthly sum allocated to User on Exhibit B, in advance, as Tenant’s initial estimate of Rent. From time to time, Tenant may estimate and re-estimate the amount of Rent to be due and deliver a copy of the estimate or re-estimate to User. Thereafter, the monthly installments of Rent shall be appropriately adjusted in accordance with the estimations so that, by the end of the calendar year in question, User shall have paid all of Rent estimated by Tenant for such calendar year. Any amounts paid based on such an estimate shall be subject to adjustment as herein provided when the actual amount of Rent is available for each calendar year or fraction thereof (in the instance of any partial calendar year).

  • Estimate The Engineer shall independently develop and report quantities necessary to construct the contract in standard State bid format at the specified milestones and Final PS&E submittals. The Engineer shall prepare each construction cost estimates using Estimator or any approved method. The estimate shall be provided at each milestone submittal or in DCIS format at the 95% and Final PS&E submittals per State’s District requirement.

  • Project Cost a. The estimated cost of the Project is $6,000,000.00. This amount is based upon the Schedule of Financial Assistance in Exhibit "B", Schedule of Financial Assistance, attached and incorporated in this Agreement. The Schedule of Financial Assistance may be modified by execution of an amendment of the Agreement by the Parties.
