Before First Working Day in March. During the third week of February of each school year, after all the preliminary assignments (subject to change) have been made, the District shall make a good faith effort to notify unit members through Ed-Join, the Teacher Resource page on the District website, and District email of the known openings anticipated for the following school year. An opening is an available position opened internally to unit members. Prior to the first working day in March, only eligible unit members may be selected to fill preliminary openings pursuant to Section 10.5 criteria. The District will interview within three (3) work days each eligible unit member who applies for a transfer to an opening as defined in Section 10.1.5.

  • Working Day Working Day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday which is observed by the construction industry in the area of the Place of the Work.

  • Five Day Work Week Schedule When working under the five (5) day work week schedule, Employees shall receive one and one-half (1.5x) times their regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime Monday through Friday.
