Before the Central Government Authority signs the contract with the successful tenderer, the successful tenderer may be requested to provide the documentary proof or statements required to show that it does not fall into any of the exclusion situations listed in Clause 7 of the Tender Form (Volume 1, Section 2). The above mentioned documents must be submitted by every member of a Joint Venture/Consortium (if applicable).
