Beginning on November. 1 in the year the Parties execute this Agreement and during each quarter of the calendar year thereafter, Reclamation will provide the County written reports (quarterly reports) with an itemized list of expenditures Reclamation allocated to the Project and the County’s cost share, including total County funding contributions and land acquisition credits to date, the County’s total allocated amount of expenditures to date, and the remaining balance of the County Cost Allocation.

  • Beginning (i) no earlier than eleven (11) weeks before the expected birth date, and (ii) no later than the actual birth date, and

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.

  • December When New Year's Day or Australia Day is a Saturday or Sunday, a holiday in lieu thereof shall be observed on the next Monday.

  • Holiday Falling on a Day of Rest ‌ (a) When a paid holiday falls on a regular full-time employee's day of rest, the employee shall be entitled to a day off with pay in lieu of the holiday. (b) If a regular full-time employee is called in to work on the day designated as the lieu day pursuant to (a) above, he/she shall be compensated at time and one-half for all hours worked.

  • December 2020 In the presence of:

  • Loading on Annual Leave During a period of annual leave an Employee covered by this clause shall receive a loading of 22.5% calculated on the all-purpose rate of wage prescribed by Appendix A, clause 2.3 of this Agreement.

  • Effective December 17, 2020, all provisions of this collective agreement shall be read to be gender neutral.

  • April the President shall provide the candidate with her written decision, pursuant to Article 20.10, to take one of the following actions (copies to the URC, Vice-President (Academic), Xxxx, DRC, President of the Association): 20.47.8.1 to transmit confirmation of the URC recommendation to the Board of Governors; or 20.47.8.2 to send the matter to the UAC, pursuant to 20.10.2.
