Beginning Participating Teacher. a. A Beginning Participating Teacher shall receive assistance from a Consulting Teacher as part of the Beginning Teacher Program. The Consulting Teacher shall not participate in an evaluation of the Beginning Participating Teacher. Beginning teachers shall participate in the program for two (2) years.
