LCD näyttöjen pieniä vikoja, jotka tulevat esiin Laitteistoissa, joissa on LCD näyttötekniikkaan perustuva näyttölaite edellyttäen, xxxx viallisten pikselien määrä LCD-näytöllä ei ylitä neljää (4) kappaletta suhteessa yhtä miljoonaa (1 000 000) pikseliä kohden, ja edellyttäen lisäksi, xxxx viallinen pikseli ei sijoitu näytön keskiosalle jaettaessa xxxxxx xxxxx-ala yhdeksään (9) tasasuuruiseen neliönmuotoiseen osaan.

LCD. Any other parts requiring replacement or repair, to return the Plan Device to manufacturing standards is payable by You. The Z Premier Plan does not cover simultaneous damage to both the front and inner foldable screen, only one screen can be claimed for in this instance. o Any other damage to the Plan Device identified or arising during the Repair process is payable by You.

LCD. 6. When sediment in the forebays or the basin has accumulated to an elevation of three feet below the outlet elevation, it must be removed (see Exhibit D). All removed sediment must be placed in an appropriate upland disposal site and stabilized (grass cover) to prevent sediment from washing back into the basin. The forebays will likely need sediment removal first. Failure to remove sediment from the forebays will cause resuspension of previously trapped sediments and increase downstream deposition.

This rotation shall continue for two (2) complete rotations. No nurse may be required to use more than one (1) Low Census Day per pay period unless at the nurse’s option. (Consistent with Article 7 section 5). The Hospital and the Union agree to the attached list of functional duties that may be offered on a voluntary basis to staff nurses as a reassignment where they are needed in the Hospital lieu of a low census day.
