Belt feeder Conveyor. (Section 6.4.4 is priced as a take-out option to be decided by the Employer) The scope of work for the Belt feeder Conveyor below the tippler includes the following: Belt feeder:  Supply and Installation of all the skirting rubber and skirt clamps at the discharge of the coal xxxxxx onto the belt feeder. (Removal of current skirts is part of scope).  Supply and Installation of all the carry, return and transition idler rolls. Any damaged frames must also be replaced. (An assessment to be done on the Site visit). Removal of existing idler rolls is part of scope.  Supply and installation of belt cleaning devices.  Design, supply and installation of the new block type rail cleaners at the front and rear wheel sets as well as V type rail cleaners at the intermediate wheels to ensure the rail path is clear of any material when the belt feeder moves.  Supply and Installation of new rail clips on the current belt feeder rail.  Design, supply and installation of the belt feeder head chute. Contractor to submit take- out price for installation.  Design, supply and installation of the receiving chutes of 02-EAB-21 and 02-EAB-22. Contractor to submit take-out price for installation.  Supply and Installation of new skirting rubber and skirt clamps on the receiving chute of 02-EAB-21 and /02-EAB-22.  Supply and Installation of new instrumentation on the belt feeder which includes: o Pull key switches and pull cords according to Eskom Specification o Block chute detectors o Misalignment switches o Speed switches.  Replacement of current conveyor belting on the belt feeder.  Repair structure if required.  The Belt feeder Conveyor basement is equipped with a fresh air ventilation system. (Negative and positive air supply.) The Contractor must inspect and redesign this system to a working condition. The positive pressure side system operates via a filter intake system whilst the negative suction system operates via a louvre ventilation outlet. It must further be noted that during construction/overhaul of this area provision for temporary fresh air supply will need to be made. This aspect also needs to be addressed in the Contractors’ job risk assessments. (refer to Health and Safety requirements).

Belt feeder Conveyor a. Currently all detection in the Tippler area interfaces to a Ziton ZP5 fire panel in the Workshop and Stores area. Due to the long distance, many of the detectors are not picked up by the ZP5 panel. All the detection in the Tippler area is required to interface to the ZP3 panel in the Tippler control room.

  • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.

  • SS7 Network Interconnection 9.7.1 SS7 Network Interconnection is the interconnection of Global Connection local signaling transfer point switches or Global Connection local or tandem switching systems with BellSouth signaling transfer point switches. This interconnection provides connectivity that enables the exchange of SS7 messages among BellSouth switching systems and databases, Global Connection local or tandem switching systems, and other third-party switching systems directly connected to the XxxxXxxxx XX0 network.

  • Interconnection Points 8.5.1 The IP of a Party (“Receiving Party”) for Measured Internet Traffic delivered to the Receiving Party by the other Party shall be the same as the IP of the Receiving Party for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic under Section 7.1 above.

  • -wire Unbundled Digital/DS0 Loop These are designed 4-wire Loops that may be configured as 64kbps, 56kbps, 19kbps, and other sub-rate speeds associated with digital data services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR.

  • Dark Fiber Loop 2.8.4.1 Dark Fiber Loop is an unused optical transmission facility, without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics, from the demarcation point at an End User’s premises to the End User’s serving wire center. Dark Fiber Loops may be strands of optical fiber existing in aerial or underground structure. BellSouth will not provide line terminating elements, regeneration or other electronics necessary for AFN to utilize Dark Fiber Loops.

  • DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION, INSIDE DELIVERY, FREIGHT PAID Whenever possible, contractors should give the ordering entities 3 working days prior notice of any deliveries and/or installations. Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery. All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately. Agencies will not be responsible for any freight damage, concealed or otherwise.
