Benchmark Increase. 10.2.1 2019-2020 Academic Year. Effective September 1, 2019, each member of the Bargaining Unit, who was a member of the Bargaining Unit on June 30, 2019, shall have his/her annual base salary increased by $1,215. This represents an increase equivalent to approximately one and one- quarter percent (1.25%) of the average salary.
