Common use of Benefit categories Clause in Contracts

Benefit categories. a. Benefit category “B-1” means employees who have completed a 90-day probation period, are employed at least 180 days per year and at least 6 hours per day, and were hired before July 1, 1996; or have completed a 90-day probation period, are employed at least 180 days per year and at least 4.5 hours per day, and were hired after May 1, 1976 and before July 1, 1996.
