Common use of Benefit Period Clause in Contracts

Benefit Period. the specified period of time during which this Agreement provides health care coverage for Members, and during which charges for Covered Services must be Incurred in order to be eligible for payment by the Plan. For purposes of this Agreement, a Benefit Period is a calendar year.
