Common use of BENEFIT PLANS ON LEAVE OF ABSENCE Clause in Contracts

BENEFIT PLANS ON LEAVE OF ABSENCE. (a) An employee on leave of absence without pay, for reasons other than sick leave, maternity leave or adoption and paternity leave for a period of fifteen (15) days or more in any calendar month is required to prepay the whole cost of benefit plans as outlined in 10.01, 10.02, 10.03, 10.04, and 10.05 above in respect of that month.
