Common use of Benefits and Vacation Clause in Contracts

Benefits and Vacation. (a) Employee will be entitled to participate in all employee benefit programs of the Company from time to time in effect under the terms and conditions of such programs, including, but not limited to, pension and other retirement plans, group life insurance, hospitalization and surgical and major medical coverages, dental insurance, sick leave, including salary continuation arrangements, long-term disability, and such other fringe benefits as are or may be available from time to time to employees of the Company.
