Common use of Benefits and Vacation Clause in Contracts

Benefits and Vacation. 7.1 The Executive shall participate in all benefit programs and/or plans of general application which are presently granted or which, at any time during his employment, may be granted to senior executives of the Corporation, the whole in accordance with the actual programs or plans that the Corporation may institute from time to time or as otherwise required under any applicable law.

The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all the Corporation’s benefit programs and/or and plans of general application which are presently granted or which, at any time during his employment, may be granted to senior executives of the Corporation, the whole in accordance with the actual terms and conditions set forth in the programs or plans that the Corporation may institute from time to time or as otherwise required under any applicable lawtime.
