Benefits and Vacation. (a) While an Employee is on parental leave, the Employer shall maintain coverage for medical, extended health, dental, group life, accidental death and dismemberment and long-term disability and shall pay the Employer’s share of these premiums to a maximum period of twelve (12) weeks.
