Benefits Transition Pay-Out. Effective January 1, 2006, each bargaining unit member will have their contracted base salary increased by $1,200.00 ($46.15 taxable income per pay period for 26 pays) prior to the equity and percentage adjustments. Effective January 1, 2006, bargaining unit members will contribute $46.15 pretax income per pay period for 26 pays to the College as the employee contribution to health care costs. Effective January 1, 2007, each bargaining unit member will have their contracted base salary increased by $1,200.00 ($46.15 taxable income per pay period for 26 pays) prior to the equity and percentage adjustments. Effective January 1, 2007, bargaining unit members will contribute $46.15 per pay period for 26 pays to the College as the employee contribution to health care costs. Effective February 16, 2008, bargaining unit members having full- family (FF) medical coverage will contribute $100.00 per month ($46.15 per pay period, pre-tax) to the College as the employee contribution to health care costs. Effective February 16, 2008, bargaining unit members having single (S) medical coverage will contribute $45.00 per month ($20.77 per pay period, pre-tax) to the College as the employee contribution to health care costs.

Upon successful completion, reimbursement of tuition will be provided for one class per semester.

  • Vacation Pay on Termination An employee whose employment is terminated shall receive vacation pay at the appropriate percentage of the wages or salary earned during the period of entitlement in accordance with the employee's years of service.

  • Termination Pay Effective upon the termination of this Agreement, the Employer will be obligated to pay the Executive (or, in the event of his death, his designated beneficiary as defined below) only such compensation as is provided in this Section 6.5, and in lieu of all other amounts and in settlement and complete release of all claims the Executive may have against the Employer. For purposes of this Section 6.5, the Executive's designated beneficiary will be such individual beneficiary or trust, located at such address, as the Executive may designate by notice to the Employer from time to time or, if the Executive fails to give notice to the Employer of such a beneficiary, the Executive's estate.   • STAFF BENEFITS 7.1.1 The present staff benefits consisting of the University of Manitoba Pension Plan (1993), Group Term Life Insurance Plan, Group Term Dependent Insurance Plan, Accidental Death and Dismemberment (Basic), Accidental Death and Dismemberment (Voluntary), University of Manitoba Long-Term Disability Income Plan, Group Health Insurance Policy 20778 GH (including the Health Care Spending Account), Group Dental Plan Policy 67000, and the University Employee Assistance Program shall continue to cover eligible Members for the duration of this Agreement.

  • ' COMPENSATION BENEFITS In accordance with Section 142 of the State Finance Law, this contract shall be void and of no force and effect unless the Contractor shall provide and maintain coverage during the life of this contract for the benefit of such employees as are required to be covered by the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law.
