Bicycles, Animals. Tenant will not bring into, or keep about, the Premises any bicycles, vehicles, birds, animals (except seeing eye dogs) or organic Christmas decor of any kind. Bicycles and vehicles may only be parked in areas designated for such purpose.

Bicycles, Animals. The Licensee shall not bring any animals, except for guide dogs, into the Building and shall not permit bicycles or other vehicles inside or on the sidewalks outside the Building except in areas designated from time to time by the Owner for such purposes.

Bicycles, Animals. The Tenant shall not bring any animals or birds into the Building other than in accordance with the Landlord’s dog policy, and shall not permit bicycles or other vehicles inside or on the sidewalks outside the Building except in areas designated from time to time by the Landlord for such purposes. Bicycles are not permitted in the elevators and the Landlord is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen bicycles. The Landlord’s rules and regulations in this section 10 are subject to change.

Bicycles, Animals. Tenant shall not bring any animals, including mammals, reptiles, fish, etc., with the exception of working animals to assist the disabled, into the Building without Landlord’s prior written consent and shall not permit bicycles or other vehicles inside or on the sidewalks outside the Building except in areas designated from time to time by Landlord for such purposes.

Bicycles, Animals. No bicycles or vehicles and no animals, birds or pets of any kind shall be brought into or kept in or about the Office Complex or any tenant's premises, except that this rule shall tot prohibit the parking of bicycles or vehicles in the garage in the Office Complex.

The Landlord accepts that the Tenant will use forklifts and other standard warehouse equipment so long as such forklifts and other equipment are only used in the rear warehouse area.

Bicycles, Animals. Subject to the Permitted Use, no animals or birds shall be brought onto the Property. No bicycles or other vehicles or self or motorized propulsion shall be used within the property and shall only be used or brought within the Property or the Premises and such shall only be parked except in areas designated from time to time by Landlord for such purposes.
