Dogs. 6.1. The Tenant shall not bring or cause to be brought onto the Allotment Site a dog unless it is held at all times on a leash, and remains on the Tenant’s Allotment Garden only. Any faeces to be removed and disposed of off site by the Tenant.
Dogs. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained elsewhere in the Lease, Tenant shall be permitted during the Lease Term (as the same may be extended), to bring into the Premises (and during any time period in which Tenant is the sole tenant of the Project, anywhere within the Project) up to thirty (30) fully domesticated and trained dogs kept by Tenant’s employees as pets (“Permitted Dogs”) provided and on condition that
(i) all Permitted Dogs shall be strictly controlled at all times and shall not be permitted to foul, damage or otherwise mar any part of the Premises or the Building or Project;
(ii) upon Landlord’s request from time to time, Tenant shall provide Landlord with evidence of all current vaccinations for Permitted Dogs having access to the Premises;
(iii) Tenant shall be responsible for any additional cleaning costs and all other costs which may arise from the presence of the Permitted Dogs in the Project in excess of the costs that would have been incurred had the Permitted Dogs not been allowed in or around the Project;
(iv) Tenant shall be liable for, and hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, protect and hold Landlord and all the Landlord Parties (as defined in Section 7.07 below) harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), causes of action arising from any and all acts (including but not limited to biting or causing bodily injury to, or damage to the property of any of the Landlord Parties or any other tenant, subtenant, occupant, licensee or invitee of the Project) of, or the presence of any Permitted Dogs in, on or about the Project.
(v) Tenant shall immediately remove any waste and excrement of any Permitted Dogs from the Project;
(vi) Tenant shall be responsible for, and indemnify, defend, protect and hold Landlord harmless from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), causes of action, costs to remedy any and all damage caused by any Permitted Dogs or other dogs brought onto the Project by Tenant or any Tenant’s Parties to the Project or the property of any of the Landlord Parties or any other tenant, subtenant, occupant, licensee or invitee of the Project; and
(vii) Tenant shall comply with all Applicable Laws associated with or governing the presence of the Permitted Dogs or other dogs brought onto the Project by Tenant or any Tenant’s Parties on the Project and such presence shall not violate the certificate of occupancy.

Dogs. No animals, other than a maximum of three domestic dogs, where permitted, may occupy your accommodation without written permission of the Park General Manager. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times, remain the sole responsibility of the Owner and should not be left unsupervised in your accommodation for long periods of time. Dogs that continually bark and/or cause a nuisance will be required to be removed from the Park by the Owner. Owners should not allow their dogs to foul public areas of the Park and, as a courtesy to other Owners and Guests, ensure that they clean-up after their dogs. The provisions of the Government dangerous dogs ACT & Control of Dogs Act (Scotland) apply.

Dogs must be under your control on your pitch and not left unattended at your caravan at any time • Any mess must be cleared up immediately on site, in the exercise area or wider fields around site • We will ask you to remove your dog from the site if it persistently barks or gets loose continually or becomes a nuisance • Aggressive dogs must be muzzled or removed from site • No dogs on the banned or dangerous dogs list are allowed onto site.

Dogs. Two well behaved dogs are allowed on the boat only with the Company's permission. You shall give notice of any dogs you wish to bring at the time of making the booking at a cost of £20 per dog. You must provide any pet baskets or blankets and not allow the dogs to sit on benches. Life jackets are provided unless you wish to bring your own. All pets must be properly house trained and must never be left unattended. Pets and pet damage are not covered under the Company's insurance policy and you will be liable for any additional cleaning damage or loss caused by them.

Dogs. We allow dogs to accompany you in accommodation that we have designated as ‘dog-friendly’. A supplement of £35 per holiday, per dog applies. A maximum of two dogs are permitted in one holiday home at any one time. Dogs are not permitted on beds or furniture; please ensure that you bring their own bed. Registered Assistant dogs for the disabled are exempt from these charges and are welcomed in any of our accommodation and clubhouses. We may ask to see your yellow ADUK branded ID book.
