Bid Document Preparation and Contractor Notification. The ENGINEER will prepare and assemble construction bidding documents, including specifications for the subject Work and the construction contract, based on “Standard General Conditions of the Construction Contract” (EJCDC No. C- 700, 2002 edition) prepared by the Joint Contract Documents Committee. The ENGINEER will coordinate with City of Winter Haven Purchasing staff to support the issuance of bid packages for the submittal of quotations to perform the work and conduct one (1) pre-bid meeting with potential bidders. The ENGINEER will tabulate the bids received and evaluate the compliance of the bids received with the bidding documents. The ENGINEER will prepare a written summary of this tabulation and evaluation and attend one (1) Selection Committee meeting with representatives from City of Winter Haven to discuss selection of the successful contractor.

Bid Document Preparation and Contractor Notification. The Consultant will prepare and assemble construction bidding documents, including specifications for the subject Work and the construction contract, based on “Standard General Conditions of the Construction Contract” (EJCDC No. 1910-8, 1996 edition) prepared by the Engineers Joint Contract Documents Committee. Additionally, the Consultant will issue bid packages for the submittal of quotations to perform the work and conduct pre-bid meetings with potential bidders. We will tabulate the bids received and evaluate the compliance of the bids received with the bidding documents. We will prepare a written summary of this tabulation and evaluation together with a recommendation for the award of the construction contract. If requested by the Board, the Consultant will notify the Contractor selected to begin work.

  • Required Acceptance of Daily Load Deliveries and Notification If the State is harmed by purchaser’s refusal to accept up to 10 truck deliveries of any one sort per day, Purchaser will be in breach of contract and subject to damages as per the D-026.2 and D-027.2 clauses. A truck delivery is all the wood delivered including sorts on super trucks, mule trains and pups brought to the delivery point by a single truck.   • Contractor Certification regarding Boycotting Israel Pursuant to Chapter 2270, Texas Government Code, Contractor certifies Contractor (1) does not currently boycott Israel; and (2) will not boycott Israel during the Term of this Agreement. Contractor acknowledges this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.

  • Attachment  C_ CONTRACT AFFIRMATIONS For purposes of these Contract Affirmations, HHS includes both the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and the Department of State Health Services (DSHS). System Agency refers to HHSC, DSHS, or both, that will be a party to this Contract. These Contract Affirmations apply to all Contractors and Grantees (referred to as “Contractor”) regardless of their business form (e.g., individual, partnership, corporation). By entering into this Contract, Contractor affirms, without exception, understands, and agrees to comply with the following items through the life of the Contract:

  • Contractor Certification Clauses Contractor represents and warrants that the following statements are true. During the term of the Agreement, Contractor shall not take an action, or omit to perform any act, that results in a representation and warranty becoming untrue. Contractor shall promptly notify the Judicial Council if any representation and warranty becomes untrue. A. No Gratuities. Contractor has not directly or indirectly offered or given any gratuities (in the form of entertainment, gifts, or otherwise) to any Judicial Council personnel with a view toward securing this Agreement or securing favorable treatment with respect to any determinations concerning the performance of this Agreement.

  • CONTRACT COMPLETE This Contract represents the complete agreement between the parties. No other understanding regarding this Contract, whether written or oral, may be used to bind either party. For any conflict between the attached Proposal and the terms set out in Articles 1-22 of this Contract, the terms of Articles 1-22 will govern.

  • Copies of Contract Documents to Contractor Without charge to the Contractor the Design Professional shall furnish to the Contractor up to five sets of completed Contract Documents in hardcopy, one set of reproducible and electronic background floor and reflected ceiling plan drawings and, if requested, one copy in read-only electronic format. The Contractor may obtain such additional sets of Contract Documents, as the Contractor deems necessary and shall pay the cost of reproduction of such additional sets to the Design Professional.

  • Contractor Certification The Department may, at its option, terminate the Contract if the Contractor is found to have submitted a false certification as provided under section 287.135(5), F.S., or been placed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or been engaged in business operations in Cuba or Syria, or to have been placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or is engaged in a boycott of Israel.
