Construction Bidding Documents. The Engineer shall prepare the documents for all necessary copies of approved plans, specifications, and notices to bidders, and proposals. Services for assistance in advertising for each authorized construction contract for the Project, opening and tabulation of bids, recommendations to the Owner as to the proper action on all bid proposals received, and the preparation of formal contract documents for the award of each construction contract will be performed by the Engineer.
