- Bidding on Starting Times and/or Shifts. In conjunction with the annual job bid, seniority shall prevail as to starting times and/or shifts as set out by the Company. (1) In the event the Company improperly starts a junior employee on a shift ahead of a senior employee, the Company shall compensate the senior employee an amount of money equal to the difference between the two (2) starting times which shall be at the regular rate.
