Bidding. The County shall assure that the same or lower costs and the same or improved benefit levels are maintained and that medical care shall be transitioned consistent with "industry standards" when health care providers are changed. The Union shall participate to the full extent allowed by law, rule, and regulation in the entire bidding process. Participation shall include, but not be limited to, consultation and provision of information.
