Common use of Bilingual Bonus Clause in Contracts

Bilingual Bonus. 28.01 The Employer agrees that a Bilingual Bonus of one thousand three hundred dollars ($1,300.00) per year shall be payable to all employees who are required by the Employer to use both official languages for the performance of their duties.
