Common use of Bilingual Bonus Clause in Contracts

Bilingual Bonus. An employee shall receive a bilingual bonus of seven percent per pay period, provided the job requires, on a continuing basis, fluency in speaking, reading or writing in a language other than English and it is specified as ‘bilingual’ by Human Resources.
