Billing and Pricing. 4.1 VENDOR must supply an itemized statement of merchandise used. The statement shall be typed or computer generated (handwritten invoices are unacceptable) and on company letterhead. 4.2 If a VENDOR cannot supply an item, ODOT reserves the right to solicit quotations from any vendors and purchase the item from the vendor providing the best price, within ODOT purchasing guidelines and contracts. 4.3 VENDOR shall invoice ODOT on the following basis:

Billing and Pricing. When subscribing to the Service You will be obliged to provide the accurate details of Your credit card to which Flexinets will charge the applicable monthly recurring subscription fee (“Subscription Fee”). Thereafter, Flexinets will be automatically collecting the at that moment applicable Subscription at the end of each Subscription Term unless terminated by You or Flexinets in accordance with Section 5. Should Flexinets not be able to collect the Subscription Fee by the end of the then current Subscription Term, Flexinets shall have the right to suspend the provision of the Service to You up until Flexinets manages to collect the unpaid Subscription Fee(s) and charge reasonable late fees and/or collection costs. Such costs as well as any unpaid Subscription Fee(s) will continue to accrue to Your account until You cancel or Flexinets cancels Your account. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to Flexinets and updating Your account settings if there are any changes to such information. It is Your responsibility to ensure that You have sufficient means on Your credit card and that it will be valid during the term of this Agreement. You will be charged in accordance with the current pricing displayed on the Website and such pricing being subject to changes at Flexinets’s sole discretion provided that it has notified You via Your email one (1) calendar month in advance.

  • Billing Unless otherwise provided in the Grant Agreement, Grantee shall bill the System Agency in accordance with the Grant Agreement. Unless otherwise specified in the Grant Agreement, Grantee shall submit requests for reimbursement or payment monthly by the last business day of the month following the month in which expenses were incurred or services provided. Grantee shall maintain all documentation that substantiates invoices and make the documentation available to the System Agency upon request.

  • Training and Promotion a. The contractor will assist in locating, qualifying, and increasing the skills of minorities and women who are applicants for employment or current employees. Such efforts should be aimed at developing full journey level status employees in the type of trade or job classification involved. b. Consistent with the contractor's work force requirements and as permissible under Federal and State regulations, the contractor shall make full use of training programs, i.e., apprenticeship, and on-the-job training programs for the geographical area of contract performance. In the event a special provision for training is provided under this contract, this subparagraph will be superseded as indicated in the special provision. The contracting agency may reserve training positions for persons who receive welfare assistance in accordance with 23 U.S.C. 140(a). c. The contractor will advise employees and applicants for employment of available training programs and entrance requirements for each. d. The contractor will periodically review the training and promotion potential of employees who are minorities and women and will encourage eligible employees to apply for such training and promotion.
