Common use of Bin Clause in Contracts

Bin. “Bin” means a container designed or intended to be mechanically serviced by a 145 commercial Collection Vehicle. It shall be designed to hold from one (1) to two (2) cubic yards of material 146 with the lid properly closed.

Bin. “Bin” means a metal or plastic waste container designed or intended to be 177 mechanically serviced by a 145 commercial Collection Vehiclefront-end loader vehicle. It shall be designed to hold from one (1) to two 178 six (26) cubic yards of material 146 with the lid properly closed. The specifications for Contractor-provided Bins 179 are set forth in Exhibit 4.
