Common use of Bin Clause in Contracts

Bin. A metal container, with a capacity of one (1) to eight (8) cubic yards of Construction and Demolition Debris, designed or intended to be mechanically dumped into a loader packer type truck that is approved for such purpose by the TOWN.

Bin. A metal container, with a capacity of one (1) to eight (8) cubic yards of 140 Construction and Demolition Debris, designed or intended to be mechanically dumped into a 141 loader packer type truck that is approved for such purpose by the TOWNCITY.

Bin. A metal container, with a capacity of one (1) to eight (8) cubic yards of Construction 140 and Demolition Debris, designed or intended to be mechanically dumped into a loader packer 141 type truck that is approved for such purpose by the TOWNCITY.
