Commercial Service Unit. Any combination of retail, professional, wholesale and 198 industrial facilities, place of business and other commercial enterprises in the Service Area 199 utilizing a common Garbage, Recycling or Organics Cart or Bin for the accumulation and set-out 200 of Solid Waste.
Commercial Service Unit. Commercial Service Unit shall mean all establishments other than Residential Service Units within the corporate limits of the City.

Commercial Service Unit. All retail, professional, wholesale and industrial 164 facilities, and other commercial enterprises, including construction sites.
Commercial Service Unit. A Premises that is not a SFD or MFD Service Unit, including those on which business, governmental (other than City Service Units), religious, or educational activity is conducted, but excluding businesses conducted on SDF or MFD Service Units which are permitted under applicable zoning regulations and are not the primary use of the property.
