Common use of BINDING ARBITRATION OF GRIEVANCES Clause in Contracts

BINDING ARBITRATION OF GRIEVANCES. In the event that the grievance is not resolved at the informal review hearing of subparagraph X. xxxxxx, the grievant or his/her representative may, within fifteen (15) working days after receipt of the decision of the Director of Human Resource Services, or his/her designee, pursuant to said subparagraph E., request that the grievance be heard by an arbitrator.
