BINDING ARBITRATION OF GRIEVANCES. In the event that the grievance is not resolved at the informal review hearing of subsection 16.F. (Informal Review by Director) herein, the grievant or the employee’s representative may, within thirty (30) days after receipt of the decision of the Director of Human Resource Services, or designee, pursuant to said subsection 16.F. (Informal Review by Director), request that the grievance be heard by an arbitrator.
